Welcome to Golfanza. By using our rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Golfanza provides golf club rental services across the United States and Canada. By renting from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Rental Agreement

• Rentals are available for the specified period selected at checkout.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Clubs remain the property of Golfanza and must not be sold, transferred, or altered.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit may be placed on your credit card. The deposit is returned once the clubs are received and inspected.
• Any unpaid fees, including late returns or damages, may be charged to your payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or failure to return the clubs will result in the full rental charge plus additional fees.

5. Liability & Damage Policy

• Renters are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• If equipment is lost or severely damaged, replacement costs may be charged.
• Normal wear and tear (minor scuffs, light scratches) is expected and will not result in fees.

6. Late Returns & Fees

• Clubs must be returned by the designated return date.
• Late returns may incur a daily late fee until the clubs are received.
• If the clubs are not returned within seven days of the due date, the renter may be charged the full replacement value.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Golfanza offers shipping across the United States and Canada.
• Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Any delays due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the renter.
• A prepaid return label is provided for easy returns. Renters are responsible for dropping off the package at a designated shipping location.
• Golfanza is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but we will work with customers to resolve issues.

8. User Responsibilities

• Renters must use the clubs responsibly and in accordance with standard golf practices.
• Clubs should not be left unattended in unsecured locations.
• Any misuse of the equipment that results in damage may incur additional charges.

9. Legal Disclaimers

• Golfanza is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of our equipment.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Province].
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
